Construction of 43 individually titled and industrially zoned units is underway. The facility comprises 37 private or business storage units and six industrial sheds for workshop use. 

Manuka Storage will be a fully fenced facility with exterior security cameras. Access to the storage area (units 7-43) will be via an electric gate with remote/swipe access, and each shed will have an electric roller door and remote.  

The developer knows how to build sheds, having built most storage sheds in Taupo over recent years. Additionally, they completed their own storage development in 2022 (Titan Storage) and are replicating their affordable model at Manuka Storage.
